TheMOV is all about progressing in all areas of your life.  We find many of our members are seeking better employment opportunities.  We supply certifications and training through our Badges program and classroom.  We encourage you to enroll into this so you may enhance your skills before attempting to find an employer.  As you gain more badges, employers will automatically see these on your portfolio.

We encourage you to upload a resume initially, but all future work will be dynamically added to your profile. Many employers will be searching for you via MOVCast.  Feel free to search for yourself on MOVCast and see what your profile looks like.  The more badges and the more enhanced your portfolio, the more opportunities will come your way.

You may also seek jobs on our job board.   Many jobs are virtual and allow you the comfort of working from your home.  We have all types of jobs and we screen employers thoroughly before giving them access to post here.

As a social experience, be aware that most employers will first hire someone as a freelancer.  After a few months of loyal work, they will then offer a more permanent position.  We encourage all job seekers to get their TheMOV badges and certifications.   The first few are free and really show you how to capitalize on making money and seeing a better perspective for business.
